Man Fills Out Job Application, Then Steals From the Place

A man recently visited a pizza shop to apply for a job, then allegedly stole from the shop’s tip jar and fled.


Police arrested 22-year-old Nicholas M. Mark after he allegedly stole about $220 from the tip jar of a pizza shop in North Catasauqua, Pennsylvania.  According to police, Mark filled out a job application with his real contact information and also left a backpack which contained multiple items with his information, as well as paraphernalia commonly used to inject drugs.


Mark was arrested and charged with robbery, robbery with the threat of serious injury, theft, possession of a weapon, simple assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
