Google to Stop Selling Targeted Ads Based on Browser History

Google plans to stop selling ads that rely on your web browsing history.

 
 

The company said they won’t build any tools to track your specific data across its products in the future.  Google said it has committed to removing support for third-party cookies in Chrome.

 
 

The company also said people shouldn’t have to be tracked in order to get the benefits of relevant advertising.
