Around 60 passengers were evacuated Thursday after the Disneyland Resort monorail lost power, leaving riders stranded for hours.
The Anaheim Fire Department responded just before 5 p.m., and Sky5 footage showed passengers climbing down ladders from stalled trains near the entrance to Disneyland Park. Some guests reported the monorail lost power around 3:30 p.m.
By 7 p.m., all riders had been safely evacuated. No injuries were reported. Disneyland officials have not yet disclosed the cause of the outage.
