A 24-year-old Southern California woman, Ahkeyajahnique Owens, was arrested Wednesday after allegedly killing two people in a hit-and-run crash on Jan. 4, while out on bail for a previous fatal collision.

Owens is accused of killing Gilberto Lopez, 21, and Bobbi Smith, 24, and injuring three others in the January crash. She had previously been charged with felony vehicular manslaughter after allegedly killing a bicyclist on October 6 in Long Beach.
