A person died Sunday morning after a semi-truck crash on the eastbound 210 Freeway in Sylmar.
The collision led to a full freeway closure around 5:21 a.m. for several hours as police and fire crews responded. Debris from the crash was scattered across the roadway.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert and diverted traffic off the freeway onto Roxford Street.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
