Greenbrier Resort Auction Canceled as Justice Family Pays Off Debt to Beltway Capital

The Justice family has successfully canceled the auction of The Greenbrier Resort after meeting their financial obligations to Beltway Capital.

The resort had been slated for auction due to missed settlement payments. However, in a recent statement, the family confirmed that all debts to Beltway Capital have now been fully repaid.

Dr. Jill Justice and Jay Justice expressed excitement about the future of The Greenbrier and another property, Glade Springs, emphasizing plans to further invest in their operations and enhance guest experiences.

They also thanked their partners and employees for their patience during what they acknowledged as a challenging period.

Governor Jim Justice, who purchased The Greenbrier in 2009 from CSX Corporation, continues to oversee the iconic West Virginia resort.
