A Massachusetts man, Paul Baccari, 59, from Plymouth, turned himself in to the Rhode Island State Police on December 21. He was facing charges of property fraud and forgery after an arrest warrant was issued for him.
The charges include obtaining property worth over $10,000 by false means and general forgery. After his arrest, Baccari was processed, appeared in court, and was released with a future court date.
In a separate incident on December 22, Phow Him, 24, from Warwick, was arrested early in the morning after a traffic stop on Route 146 North in Providence.
Him had a warrant for failing to appear in court for a fireworks possession charge. He was processed and released, with a future court date scheduled.
